Nestled in the forests of Northern Michigan, Wooded Wellness Collective is a community devoted to resilience through nature. We believe healing doesn’t have to be clinical or complicated. Sometimes, it begins with bare feet on pine needles, a deep breath of cedar-scented air, and the steady rhythm of the natural world reminding us who we are.

We are a collective of certified professionals, skilled artisans, and experienced teachers who know that true wellness is not about perfection — it’s about presence. It’s about coming home to your body, reclaiming your identity, and restoring your nervous system in ways that are sustainable and embodied.
