Our two-hour Forest Bathing sessions are guided, sensory-based experiences designed to gently regulate the nervous system and restore embodied presence. Moving at an unhurried pace, you’ll be invited to notice textures, sounds, scents, and subtle shifts within yourself and the landscape.

This is not a hike and there is no destination. It is a practice of arriving.

Through guided invitations, quiet reflection, and shared closing circle, we create space for your body to soften out of urgency and reconnect with steadiness. Rain or shine, the forest offers medicine — mist, wind, sunlight, or snow each deepening the experience of resilience and adaptation.
